About Me

Have you ever wondered what you're truly capable of?

Have you ever asked yourself what you could achieve?

I have—and I love the process of preparing for my goals.

Even more, I love helping others reach theirs. There’s something incredible about working with people who have a dream and watching them push their limits to succeed.

I’m not an elite runner. I wasn’t born with that genetic edge. But I work hard to maximize my potential while also being a dedicated husband and father. I believe that by taking on challenges and achieving difficult goals, I’m setting an example for my children—showing them that anything is possible if they’re willing to put in the effort.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to believe that anyone can set a goal and work toward it. That goal could be anything, but if you’re still reading, chances are, you’re a runner like me—and I want to help.

With experience spanning everything from 5Ks to ultramarathons, obstacle course races to mountain marathons, I know what it takes to train, prepare, and perform. I’m a certified UKA Coach in Run Fitness, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and currently studying sports psychology. But more than credentials, it’s personal experience that has taught me the most—just like driving, where the real learning begins after you pass the test!

If you're aiming for Olympic gold, I’m probably not the right coach for you. But if you want to set a meaningful goal, enjoy the journey, and balance training with everyday life, I can help. Check out the Coaching section, and let’s arrange a free, no-obligation consultation call to see if we’re a good fit.
