Have you ever wondered what you can achieve?

I have. And I love the process of getting ready for my goals.

I also love helping other people achieve their goals. Working with people who have a dream of achieving something and watching them excel is amazing.

I'm not an elite runner. I don't have that genetic gift. I work hard to maximize what I'm capable of whilst being a good husband and father. I believe that my children seeing me accomplish hard things will show them what is possible if you are prepared to work for it.

My journey has made me believe that anyone can work towards a goal and achieve it. That goal can be anything, but if you've read this far, you probably realize that I want to help other runners similar to myself.

Through my experience training for and completing races, ranging from 5km to Ultramarathons, Obstacle Course Races to Mountain Marathons and everything in-between, I know I can help people.

I'm a certified UKA Coach in Run Fitness, Level 3 Personal Trainer and I'm currently studying sports psychology. However, I believe that it’s through personal experiences rather than fancy credentials, that I have learnt the most. Similar to your driving test, it’s only after you pass, that you learn how to drive!
